Ramadan days can be long. And when the headache hits, it brings along some pretty memorable mix-ups. So, Panadol Migraine stepped in; not just as relief, but as a relatable voice in the chaos.

We built the campaign around the small “oops” moments that come from fasting fog: sherbet swapped with vinegar, dates confused with raisins, and more. These everyday slip-ups became the star, brought to life through light, charming humour and culturally rooted storytelling.

The product wasn’t just shown- it was woven into the rhythm of Ramadan. From film to social, each touchpoint reminded people that while the fast tests your patience, your headache doesn’t have to.
